In January, Janet Jackson shot down cancer rumors and said she was recovering from her December surgery well enough to resume her Unbreakable World Tour in Europe as scheduled. Now word has arrived that she'll in fact have to postpone the dates; she was previously forced to push back six weeks of North American dates that would've started on Jan. 12.

"It is not possible to confirm new dates at the present time so we are refunding all ticket holders," a Ticketmaster email says (via the BBC). There hasn't been an official statement from Janet or her camp.

The Unbreakable World Tour's European run was bound for Birmingham, England on March 30 and was slated to run through May 3 in Antwerp, Belgium.

In response to January's cancer rumors, the singer shared a short lyric video with the words, "Not too pleased with what you're diggin' / I'm just busy livin' my life / Sources say, but where ya gettin' it? / Don't create the truth you like."
