No matter how you may feel about Kanye West, it can't be denied that his Twitter firestorms are very entertaining! Celebrities proved that fact at the 2016 Oscars, where they read the artist's tweets on the Vanity Fair party's red carpet.
Actors like Whoopi Goldberg, Patrick Stewart, Mindy Kaling and more recited West's more infamous social media statements in the most dramatic way possible—and the end result is nothing short of hilarious.
Stewart, who played up his serious demeanor, was a main highlight as he added an explicit twist to: “It’s a beautiful time. I love my friends. I love my family. I love people. The whole fucking human race.”
Star Wars: The Force Awakens director J.J. Abrams first asked for some direction but got West's ego-filled persona down pat as he recited, "You may be talented, but you're not Kanye West."
Kanye has really taken a passion for Twitter these days (he most recently fired back at Deadmau5 in a series of retorts), so let's hope these dramatic readings get an update soon.
