Steve Aoki has major collaborative projects in the works. Last Friday, he shared a new track “Can’t Go Home” that was co-produced by fellow DJ-producer Felix Jaehn and featured vocals from American Idol alum Adam Lambert.
Last week, Aoki also shared some photos of collaborations that have yet to be fully revealed. The 38-year-old posted studio photos with Blink-182’s Travis Barker and Mark Hoppus, and 5 Seconds of Summer member Calum Hood and producer John Feldmann.
Each photo has a caption that alludes to “Big things coming…” One of the photos that includes Barker, Hoppus, and Feldman includes the hashtag “#NeonFutureIII,” the title of Aoki’s upcoming album. Definitely seems like there’s going to be some heavy pop-punk influences on it.
