In March it was announced that Fuller House, the Netflix reboot of Full House, would be returning for round two. With it’s second season on the way, TVLine has learned that one of the sisters will be getting a new love life.
According to TVLine, the show is looking for the Stephanie Tanner’s perfect man, a man who’s a “gifted singer-songerwriter” and sees “differently than the rest of the world.” Season one found Stephanie at her most wild and independent, but the show reached different emotive levels when it was revealed that Stephanie is infertile.
The series creator Jeff Franklin explained to TVLine, “I didn’t want Stephanie to have children.” He continues:
“I wanted one of the three to not have kids. The backstory I created for her was that she’s a free spirit, traveling the world. She’s into her career and into having fun, and I thought this would be a really interesting aspect to that character — and touching.”
Could this be Stephanie’s big break for love? It has not yet been announced when season two will be available to watch. In the meanwhile, check out the 25 best Full House episodes of all time.
