BTS Return With Straight 'Fire': Watch Their Most Intense Release Yet
To continue upon a remarkable 2015 that included two excellent EPs, two sold-out U.S. tours and an unprecedented appearance on the Billboard 200 albums chart, BTS needed to bring the fire for their first 2016 release. And luckily, they just did that.
"Fire" is the lead single from The Most Beautiful Moment In Life: Young Forever, a compilation album of the aforementioned two EPs with new tracks and remixes. The cut feels like an upgraded version of "Dope," a standout single off BTS' The Most Beautiful Moment In Life, Pt. 1 EP, with its aggressive combination of zipping synthesizers, trap percussion and group chants. "Fire" stands out for the snippets of house production and twitching electronics, while the boys deliver some of their most impressive rap sections to date, with member J-Hope particularly shining in the track's opening verse.
