After very little warning, James Blake released his third studio album, The Colour In Anything, to all digital retailers and streaming sites on Thursday night (May 5). Listen to the full album below:

Blake's third album is a sprawling, 17-song epic that features two co-writing credits from Frank Ocean and another two from Justin Vernon; the latter guests on the song "I Need a Forest Fire" as Bon Iver. Blake finished working on the album with Rick Rubin after originally producing the project by himself.

Overgrown, Blake's last album, was released in 2013, and won the 2013 Mercury Prize. Blake was also nominated for Best New Artist at the GRAMMY Awards thanks to the album.

Recently Blake made news for another musical project: Beyoncé's Lemonade. The British singer-songwriter is featured on the track "Forward" on last month's surprise release.
