As Johnny Depp's been accused of domestic and emotional abuse by his wife Amber Heard, his public image is in need of some serious damage control. His daughter Lily-Rose Depp is vouching for her dad though, and wrote on Instagram Sunday (May 29): "My dad is the sweetest most loving person I know."

The full caption of Lily-Rose's picture reads:

"My dad is the sweetest most loving person I know, he's been nothing but a wonderful father to my little brother and I, and everyone who knows him would say the same ❤"

The 17-year-old model and actress also posted screenshots of a People Magazine story that reported authorities found "no evidence of a crime" after responding to Heard's domestic abuse call on May 21.

Heard filed a domestic abuse restraining order on Depp last Friday (May 27), shortly before pictures of the actress with a bruised cheek appeared online. Heard claims that Depp abused her throughout "the entirety of our relationship." A week prior to the restraining order, Heard had filed for a divorce, citing "irreconcilable differences," between herself and the 52-year-old actor.
