Rihanna has added her name to the roster of performers at this year's Billboard Music Awards.
The singer is joining a monster list of iconic artists who are also performing at the show and being recognized in Las Vegas on May 22. Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande, Demi Lovato, Pink and others will be giving performances, while Britney Spears will unveil a new single and also accept the Millennium Award, meant to "honor outstanding career achievements and influence in the music industry.” Madonna is also primed to honor the late-great Prince.
Rih-Rih's tour in support of her ANTI album is drawing a close on May 18 in Atlanta, but the dregs of the road have not stopped her from double tasking and releasing new tunes. Rihanna and EDM king Calvin Harris dropped "This is What You Came For" last month, in an attempt to take over the summer airwaves.
