Chris Brown is facing a fresh lawsuit which alleges the singer beat his former manager.
According to TMZ, Brown hired a man named Mike G to help correct his public image in 2012, after the "Back to Sleep" singer assaulted his then girlfriend Rihanna. Now Mike G is suing Brown for—wait for it—assault, alleging that he was beaten and then later mocked relentlessly by the singer on social media.
The suit claims a number of things that predictably bode poorly for Brown, one of which concerns the singer threatening to beat other people working on his tour. Mike G's attorney Patty Glasser told TMZ, "We did everything we could to resolve this in a non-public way to avoid damage to Chris Brown. Regrettably, as outlined in our complaint, Chris Brown has proven to be his own worst enemy."
Brown responded with two expletive-laden responses on Instagram Thursday, denying he beat anyone and accusing Mike G of stealing money from him. Watch the cleaner one below:
