Netflix Announces 'Narcos' Season Two Premiere Date: Watch

Move over Kanye West, one of the original Pablos is coming back to town! Today Netflix announced the season two premiere date for Narcos with a simple but menacing teaser, which is preceded with dates of his birth and death. The crime thriller series, based on the story of drug kingpin Pablo Escobar, will premiere on Sept. 2 with all 10 episodes.

The show's first season streamed in August 2015, which left fans of the intense saga about the Colombian druglord biting their nails in anticipation of when the next season will arrive. Yes, it's that good.

Wagner Moura stars as Escobar, with Boyd Holbrook and Pedro Pascal playing real-life DEA agents Steve Murphy and Javier Peña. Along with Narcos, Netflix is gearing up for the season four premiere of their other must-watch series—Orange is the New Black—on June 17.
