In a recent interview with Advocate, Aubrey Plaza came out as bisexual. Although Plaza has had a major following in the LGBT community this is the first time she has revealed her preference for both men and women.

When asked “Do women come on to you?” the actress’ response was so casual, you almost miss this new bit of information:

"Oh, yeah. I don’t mind. I know I have an androgynous thing going on, and there’s something masculine about my energy. Girls are into me — that’s no secret. Hey, I’m into them too. I fall in love with girls and guys. I can’t help it."

The interview highlights Plaza’s personal experience within the LGBT community, stemming back to her participation with a local community theater. The 32-year-old actress says that her family has always been very open. "It's just in my blood, I guess," she says, after mentioning her younger sister is a lesbian, along with a gay aunt and uncle.

Plaza is best known for her role as April Ludgate from Parks and Recreation. Her new movie Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates, co-starring Anna Kendrick, Zac Efron and Adam DeVine, just hit theaters July 8.
