Fans are eagerly awaiting the chance to see the card-slinging mutant in his first solo film. Speaking with the Hashtag Show, producer Simon Kinberg expressed that he would like production for the film to start in 2017. Regarding plans for Gambit, Kinberg said, “We have a great script on that and hope to shoot that movie at the beginning, or spring, of next year.”
