'Pokémon Go' Players Stampede In New York City to Catch Rare Pokémon

One of the great things about Pokémon GO, its legions of users say, is the game's social dimension: It actually gets players out and talking to each other as opposed to sitting in dark rooms alone and drinking soda. 

This recently congealed in a Pokémon Go stampede in New York City's Central Park, reportedly when a Vaporeon (a rare evolution of the Pokémon Eevee), showed up out of the blue. Check out the madness via Vulture above.
