UPDATE (8/9): The Pretty Reckless' new single, "Take Me Down," is here. Listen to it above.
Original Story, 7/13: The Pretty Reckless have announced the release of "Take Me Down," the lead single from their forthcoming album.
The singer and former Gossip Girl star tweeted the news, teasing that there will be more information available about the track on Wednesday. According to Momsen's tweet, the song will premiere "later this week."

The single's cover art seems to carry on the group's tradition of all things demonic. The band's 2014 sophomore album, Going to Hell, featured a very nude Momsen striking poses that would make a church group nervous. Idolator reminds us that Going to Hell debuted at No. 5 on the Billboard 200—so there's obviously high expectations belying the band's next record, which is expected to release soon.
