Today would've been the 65th birthday of late actor Robin Williams, and 26-year-old daughter Zelda is paying tribute to her dad in a touching way.
The actress/director posted a throwback photo on Instagram, adding a caption about how she donated to charity in her father's honor: "Still not really sure what to do on days like today," she wrote. "I know I can’t give you a present anymore, but I guess that means I’ll just have to keep giving them in your name instead."
Zelda donated to Freedom Service Dogs of America to support Robin's three favorite causes: veterans, animals and people with disabilities. His three children have continued to carry on his charity work and lobby against the stigma of mental health. Williams himself was heavily involved in the Challenged Athletes Foundation.
Zelda, who got a hummingbird tattoo to honor her father after his 2014 passing, spent her time writing scripts after his death ("Whether by my own volition or otherwise, I was given a year-and-a-half-break after Dad passed," she told Entertainment Weekly). At the top of 2016, she directed JoJo's "Save My Soul" video, dedicated to JoJo's late father.
