Whoa, is a Kanye West/Drake collaborative project actually happening? The two superstar MCs certainly seem to be pointing in that direction, as Kanye’s guest appearance during Drake’s OVO Fest performance in Toronto openly hinted at a joint album (or mixtape). What a time to be alive!

During West’s onstage appearance, he asked the crowd, “Is y’all ready for this album?” Then he followed up with, “I wasn't talking about Pablo. I wasn't talking about Views. I wanna ask y’all right now: Are y’all ready for this album?”

He gestured toward Drake and himself, and Aubrey did the same. Is this what Kanye’s tweets about thawing the cold war between Tidal and Apple Music are really about? Is he frustrated that a Yeezy-Drizzy project does not have one streaming platform in which to logically launch?

Kanye first spoke about a joint project with Drake in February 2015, saying they'd planned an LP called Wolves.

In more New Drake Music news, 2 Chainz is also hinting that a new song with Drake is imminent. A new 2 Chainz mixtape, Daniel Son the Necklace Don, is due out on Friday, according to an Instagram post.
