Stand Up to Cancer has unveiled the lineup for their fifth annual live fundraising special. People reports the charity's event this year includes Ben Affleck, Matthew McConaughey, Emma Stone, Anna Kendrick and Ken Jeong.

Céline Dion and Keith Urban, alongside fellow country act Little Big Town, are both set to perform during the television broadcast. The star-studded special will be executive produced by Bradley Cooper.
