The Go-Go's Covered Miley Cyrus' 'Wrecking Ball' at Their Final Concert: Watch

The Go-Go's are one of the biggest girl groups in history, and they decided to end their almost 40-year run with a farewell tour this summer. The ladies said their final goodbye with a memorable encore last night, which featured Miley Cyrus' "Wrecking Ball," at the Greek Theater in their hometown of Los Angeles.

The encore featured three songs: The Go-Go's stripped down rendition of Miley's power ballad, as well as their own “Get Up And Go” from 1982's Vacation and “Head Over Heels" off 1984's Talk Show. Watch the fan-shot footage above via Stereogum.

The Go-Go's announced their farewell tour in March, which included all of the original lineup (Belinda Carlisle, Jane Wiedlin, Charlotte Caffey, Gina Schock) except for bassist Kathy Valentine, who left the band in 2013 due to internal conflicts. The band is known for classic hits like "Our Lips Are Sealed," "We Got the Beat" and "Vacation."
