A$AP Rocky Scores Creative Director Role for MTV Labs, Drops 'Love$ick' Remix

A$AP Rocky continues to expand his brand outside of music, as the rapper is now named the creative director for MTV Labs. According to Pitchfork, Rocky and his creative company AWGE will work with MTV “to create original content...and develop branded content for advertisers in partnership with Viacom Velocity.”

Along with his new role, Rocky and the rest of the A$AP Mob will perform new music from their upcoming project Cozy Tapes Vol 1. in MTV’s Times Square studio. The show kicks off later today at 6:25 PM EST on MTV and its website.

If that wasn't enough dope A$AP Rocky news, the rapper released a remix to U.K. electronic producer Mura Masa’s “Lovesick Funk." Now titled “Love$ick," he displays his colorful wordplay on top of a calypso-inspired steel pan production. Give it a spin via Spotify:
