After Beyoncé spent her 35th birthday at Made in America over the weekend, she kept the celebration going by kicking things old school. On Monday night, the diva threw a groovy Soul Train-themed party that was filled with some of the industry's biggest celebrities.
The singer, along with husband Jay Z (who was channeling his inner Jimi Hendrix) and Blue Ivy, donned their finest '70s-inspired outfits for the fun night in New York City. Other partygoers included Kelly Rowland, Michelle Williams, Usher, Carmelo and LaLa Anthony, The Dream, Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz, Chance the Rapper, Solange, Diddy, Jourdan Dunn, Joan Smalls, Kendrick Lamar and more.
The same night, Beyoncé posted a thank-you note on Instagram. "I am so fortunate to have the love and support of my family, my friends, and my hive. We've grown up together and you guys continue to inspire and motivate me everyday," she captioned the video set to Young M.A.'s "OOOUUU."
Prior to Bey's festivities, Chance the Rapper serenaded his "auntie" with an adorable The Simpsons-inspired rendition of "Happy Birthday" during his Made in America set. View some of the Soul Train-themed outfits and the fun dancing from the singer's party:
