Dave Grohl's mom, Virginia Hanlon Grove, is doing it like her son and picking up the pen—except instead of writing songs, she jotting down a new book. From Cradle To Stage: Stories From The Mothers Who Rocked And Raised Rock Stars will be all about spawning a rock star.

Grove's book is out April 25, 2017, and in it, you will find interviews with several other mothers of rock 'n roll legends. She opens up about conversations with the mums of Dr. Dre, Michael Stipe, Amy Winehouse, Mike D, Adam Levine and the Haim sisters.

The book will have an intro written by Grohl himself. You can pre-order the book from Amazon here.
