Saturday Night Live is kicking off their 42nd season premiere in a major way, as they booked The Weeknd as the musical guest. Everyone's favorite actress of the moment, Margot Robbie, is set to host.

The news comes after the sketch comedy show hired three new cast members (Alex Moffat, Mikey Day and Melissa Villasenor), who are replacing Jay Pharoah and Taran Killam. The network did not renew the comedians' contracts after six seasons each.

The Weeknd will most likely give his first TV performance of new "Starboy" single, off his third album of the same name (out Nov. 25). He made his SNL debut last year, performing Beauty Behind the Madness tracks “The Hills” with Nicki Minaj and “Can’t Feel My Face." Let's hope Daft Punk makes an appearance on the stage as well.

As for Margot? She just scored a deal with Warner Bros. where she will executive produce her Harley Quinn spinoff movie. Look out for SNL's season premiere on Oct. 1 on NBC.
