So, maybe you're eyeing the new iPhone 7. Perhaps you're scraping up enough dough to invest in the new piece of Apple technology. Perhaps you're just trying to figure out how to get a ride to the Apple store. Well, there's a dog in China that can't drive to the store OR count money, and yet, he has eight new iPhones in his paws.
That's because his owner, Wang Sicong, the son of China's wealthiest man, Wang Jianlin, has gifted his pup with the new cellular devices.
Why, you ask, would you give your dog eight phones? Well, when you have a ton of money, I guess you have to do something with it. The 28-year-old Wang posted a photo of his Alaskan Malamute, Keke (or Coco), on Weibo, writing in the voice of his dog, "Not sure what people are showing off on social media about. There is nothing to show off. I was forced to take action."
For the record, this isn't the first time Jianlin splurged for his canine. In 2015, he bought Keke $34,000 in Apple Watches, which Keke actually had the courtesy to wear.
According to Mashable, there's a global shortage of the new iPhone 7s, so Keke got his just in time.
