Never did we think an Adele concert would be a talking point during a presidential election, but here we are, less than two weeks until Election Day.

Republican candidate Donald Trump appeared on Good Morning America today for the opening of his Washington, D.C. Trump International Hotel. When asked how he'd respond to supporters who are concerned he's cutting a ribbon instead of being on the campaign trail, he lashed out at Democrat opponent Hillary Clinton for seemingly getting praised for the media for her extracurricular activities:

"I think it's so unfair because Hillary Clinton goes to see an Adele concert last night and everybody says, 'Oh, isn't that nice?' I did eight stops, three major rallies with thousands of people...I came here under budget, ahead of schedule, I built one of the great hotels of the world. What am I supposed to do? Not show up? I'm taking one hour off."

Trump once again went after Clinton's "stamina," adding, "She does one stop because she has no energy, she's got nothing going. ... Nobody complains when she goes to an Adele concert all night long while I'm making two speeches at rallies with massive crowds."

Maybe Trump is getting more nervous as the poll numbers continue to move less in his favor or maybe he's scared the biggest pop star in the world co-signed Hillary at said concert. But, hey, if someone can't take a night off and take in a show to celebrate her birthday, then we're not sure when it's the appropriate time.

Let's turn the tables a bit and let metal veteran Otep share her thoughts on Donald Trump in our interview:
