The Killers' sophomore album Sam's Town turned 10 years old this week (dropping in the United States on Oct. 3, 2006). The Platinum-selling-yet-underrated LP is still a favorite today thanks to tunes like "When You Were Young" and "Bones."
The Las Vegas act celebrated the anniversary with a hometown concert last week, and now we have a previously unreleased song that didn't make the cut for record. Listen to "Peace of Mind" above, a stirring cut that could have easily fit into Sam's Town and the general alt-rock landscape of the mid-'00s with some heavier production (though, we can't be too harsh as it's said this is a demo).
