Justin Bieber Sucker-Punches Fan in Barcelona

Justin Bieber sucker-punched a fan in Barcelona while rolling around in a car with the window down. The "Cold Water" singer's car pulled into a group of fans at his concert in Spain. And while many of them crowded his vehicle and went to his door to say "hi," Bieber clearly wanted some space after he reached out and knocked a fan in the face.

TMZ has video of the altercation, which shows the aftermath of the fan's cut lip and the blood on his face. As Bieber's car pulls away, the fans are clearly in shock.
