T-ara's 'Tiamo' Wins Fuse's K-Pop Top 40, Named No. 1 K-Pop Video of 2016

We made it to the end! Fans of all the artists in our K-Pop Top 40 of 2016 showed up in full force to vote for the No. 1 K-pop video of the year, but this time T-ara and their dedicated fandom known as the Queen's proved just how dedicated they are by earning the crown to become this year's winner. After more than 58 million votes overall votes and six exciting rounds, T-ara's "Tiamo" is officially Fuse's No. 1 K-pop video of 2016!

When Round 1 launched at the top of month, there were 39 other major videos competing for the title. A few weeks later, three "wildcards" came back in Round 4 for a second shot at the top. But in the end, none of them were competition for the ladies of T-ara. Cheers to you, Queen's!

Let's look back at the "Tiamo" video's journey to the top, shall we?

In Round 1, it was up against 4Minute's beloved "Hate" video. When Round 2 came around, Mamamoo's "Décalcomanie" put up a tough fight against "Tiamo," but T-ara still came out on top.

T-ara then battled the boys in Round 3, with SHINee's "1 of 1" video going head-to-head with "Tiamo." And even with the return of three wildcard videos for Round 4, T-ara's wintry visual kept pushing on as it beat Suzy and Baekhyun's "Dream." (Even though that one was a really close call!)

Next up was Round 5, where T-ara went against oh-so-hot boy band BTS and their "Blood Sweat & Tears" video. Once again, "Tiamo" won the round and moved on to the finals for Round 6. For the final match, the pop princess had to conquer CNBLUE's gorgeous "You're So Fine" video and after a solid back-and-forth round, "Tiamo" earned the title of No. 1 K-pop video in this year's K-Pop Top 40.

This is a historic win for T-ara too as this is Fuse's very first K-Pop Top 40. Of course, we have to thank all the fans who voted in every round for their favorite artists for the inaugural K-Pop Top 40!
