Blink-182 Share New 'Parking Lot' Song, Announce 'California' Deluxe Edition: Listen

Calling all Blink-182 fans! Your day is about to get brighter because the band just surprised-released a new song "Parking Lot" from the newly announced deluxe edition off their California album. Check out the lyric video above.

"Parking Lot" is a driving (no pun intended) track that buzzes with vibrant guitar riffs and pounding drums. "We are forgotten young suburbia / Loose on the streets of California / Fuck this place, let's put up a parking lot!" the guys shout with their signature witty tone.

The band has been alluding to the deluxe edition for months, with Travis Barker spoke to the U.K.'s Radio X to reveal the new music plans in November and Mark Hoppus explaining to Billboard that "it's not a collection of throwaway songs." You can finally look out for the California deluxe edition on May 19, which follows the original July 2016 release and features 12 fresh songs

Blink-182 announced the news on Twitter, saying "This is it. This is the one. The rumored album uttered only in whispered tones, until now. The #CaliforniaDLX will arrive to save mankind."

Along with the new project, Blink-182 are also gearing up for their tour with The Naked and Famous and Wavves that kicks off on March 22. Next up, throw it back to some classic moments from Hoppus on Music starring Blink guitarist and former Fuse TV host Mark Hoppus:.
