First 'Game of Thrones' Season 7 Teaser Is a Doozy

Game of Thrones Season 7 is 108 days away, and for a reminder of the stakes, HBO's given us an unbelievably rad new teaser called "Long Walk." Its premise is simple: picking up where Season 6 ended, the top candidates for reign of Westeros approach the most coveted seats of power.

For Cersei Lannister, it's the Iron Throne in King's Landing; for Jon Snow, it's the King of the North's seat in Winterfell. And for Daenerys Targaryen, Mother of Dragons, Breaker of Chains, Khaleesi of the Great Grass Sea and Queen of Mereen, it's...maybe the Iron Throne, but different? Really not sure, and really don't care. Too happy to know Dany's approaching her rightful status as Queen of the Andals, the Rhoynar and the First Men.

Update: Some folks are saying it's the first look at the ruler's seat on the island of Dragonstone.

But lest ye forget, the White Walkers have the magical capacity to overtake everything and everyone with ease. The clip ends with that #chilling reminder.

Game of Thrones Season 7 premieres July 16 and will run seven episodes versus the usual 10.
