Jena Rose is one of the more thrilling newcomers in pop, and we're excited to bring you the video for "Crazy"—the latest taste from her upcoming debut EP.
Premiering exclusively on Fuse, the video is just as laidback as Rose's effortless swagger and cool personality. She gives fans a glimpse into her life on the road, as it follows the singer's experience touring with pop act Why Don't We last month as well as her fun studio sessions with guest artist Sean Kingston. Rose's velvety and confident tone pours ever so smoothly over the beat, and Kingston's catchy feature tops it all off.
The 16-year-old singer/songwriter explained the meaning of her new single to Fuse:
"'Crazy' is about being your true self no matter what others think of you and embracing every part of yourself. In the video, the goal was to show the process of making the song from the studio to the stage. We got to film part of it in Sean's house which was incredible! I had so much fun performing 'Crazy' and meeting fans on tour that we wanted to incorporate some of that footage into the video. I have a lot of my friends in the video as well!"
"Crazy" follows the release of last year's tender piano ballad “Paper Walls” and festival stage-ready "Turn the Page." Along with making her stamp in music, the Texas native is also the first Goodwill Youth Music Ambassador for the United Nations-USA. Look out for Jena Rose's forthcoming debut EP later this year.
