Yes, Will Turner and Elizabeth Swann's son will indeed appear in the movie!

Walt Disney Studios released a mini featurette where Brenton Thwaites is introduced as Henry Turner. "This film is exciting. There’s something huge happening everyday so it has an energy and a force behind it that I’ve never really experienced before,” the actor says. Henry is described as “a headstrong young sailor in the Royal Navy” who unwillingly has to join forces with Captain Jack Sparrow in order to find Trident of Poseidon.
