"Y'all wanna see some dead robots?" one kid asks his fellow kids at the start of the second Transformers: The Last Knight trailer, walking them into a battle-ravaged stadium. From there on it's a whole middle-schooler–centric preview, with star Isabel Moner (whose character's called Izabella) showing the prodigious amounts of robot-ass she's ready to kick. We did a double take when Wahlberg's Cade Yeager obnoxiously decides to call her "little J.Lo," but c'est la Bay.
Speaking of Michael Bay: Transformers 5 may likely be his last (and fifth straight) time directing. 2018's Bumblebee flick will bring on Travis Knight, the Oscar-nominated director behind last year's animated bit of genius Kubo and the Two Strings. With lucky No. 7 arriving in June 2019, the franchise will hit a three-blockbusters-in-three-years milestone.
Transformers: The Last Knight will also star Anthony Hopkins, Stanley Tucci, Josh Duhamel, Tyrese Gibson and John Turturro. Watch the first trailer here, and read exactly how the fifth movie will include both Nazis AND King Arthur.
