You'd think playing the 1997 Batman & Robin version of Mr. Freeze would keep someone away from superhero movies forevermore, but Arnold Schwarzenegger operates on a higher level. Asked by Fandango if he'd do menace the Dark Knight in a new supervillain guise, he answered:

"Absolutely! I think all of those movies, if they're written well, they're entertaining. If it's Batman or Batman & Robin, or X-Men or Spider-Man—all of them. If they're written well, they have a great life. People enjoy them, and you can see the grosses that they make worldwide. So, yes, of course I would."

The site notes that Schwarzenegger contemporaries Kurt Russell and Sylvester Stallone are already getting into the Marvel game with Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2. So if Arnie doesn't feel like rolling the dice with the budding, troubled DC Expanded Universe (maybe in Shazam or Cyborg, coming in 2019 and '20?), there's always a mile-long list of upcoming Marvel flicks to try.
