Apple Music Festival Is Cancelled After 10 Years
Apple Music Festival has decided to end its run after 10 years, according to Music Business Worldwide. The annual London-based event, formerly known as iTunes Festival, took place at Camden's Roundhouse venue every September over the past two years.
Over the past decade, big-name artists like Ed Sheeran, Amy Winehouse, Adele, Oasis, Mumford & Sons, The xx, Coldplay, Lady Gaga, Arctic Monkeys, Kendrick Lamar, Pharrell, The Weeknd, One Direction and Beck have performed at the festival. Last year, the lineup included Britney Spears, Chance the Rapper, Bastille, Calvin Harris, Alicia Keys, the 1975 and more. As of now, Apple Music hasn't given an explanation for the cancellation.
