A: AT&T TV and DIRECTV have a contract that allows them to deliver our programming to you.  That contract expires January 15, 2021 and if the contract is not renewed, AT&T TV and DIRECTV might remove our network from your schedule.  We have presented a proposal for fair value, based on the importance and value our programming delivers to our viewers.  Despite our tireless efforts, AT&T TV and DIRECTV have refused our fair offer.   You’ve might have seen them do this before. They will tell you it’s for your benefit, they will tell you it’s our fault.  But don’t believe them.  Our offer is fair.  And now they hold, you ,their subscriber hostage.  It’s not right.
 
Q: Will all Fuse programming be gone?
A: Yes, all of it.  You will lose our great shows and specials like our Fuse Town Halls and the new episodes of Made From Scratch and Struggle Gourmet, plus all the nostalgic, hit shows you like to watch on Fuse.
 
We value your loyalty, and we hate not being available to you, especially since you still pay for our programming, even when AT&T TV and DIRECTV denies it to you.
