Official Rules

THE “FUSE NEWS WAFFLE HOUSE VIP ACCESS TO BONNAROO 2013 SWEEPSTAKES PRESENTED BY TRIDENT” (“SWEEPSTAKES”) IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, AND ARE PHYSICALLY LOCATED WITHIN ONE HUNDRED (100) MILES OF MANCHESTER, TENNESSEE AT THE TIME OF ENTRY (“ENTRANT” OR “YOU”). VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. 

Employees, officers and directors and their immediate family members (parent, child, spouse or sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, of Fuse Networks LLC and Mondelez Global LLC (collectively, the “SponsorsWWW.THEMADISONSQUAREGARDENCOMPANY.COM”), MSG Holdings, L.P., Axis Sponsorships, LLC, Waffle House, Inc., and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsors, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS. PARTICIPATION IN SWEEPSTAKES IS SUBJECT TO THE PRIVACY POLICY AND TERMS OF SERVICE OF. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE PRIVACY POLICY AND TERMS OF SERVICE, DO NOT ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES OR PROVIDE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION.

TO PARTICIPATE: Beginning at approximately 7:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on June 12, 2013 until approximately 5:00 p.m. CT on June 13, 2013 or until such time that all prizes have been awarded, whichever is sooner (the “Sweepstakes Period”), “find” any brand ambassador of Fuse TV (the “Ambassadors”) located in and around Manchester, TN to receive a free pack of Trident gum and a voucher for free food at Waffle House. All participants must be physically located within one hundred (100) miles of Manchester, TN at the time of entry.

WINNER DETERMINATION: The first five (5) participants possessing a package of Trident gum to physically arrive at the front door of Waffle House #152, located at 69 Expressway Drive, Manchester, TN 37355, as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion, on each of June 12, 2013 and June 13, 2013 will be deemed the winners (the “Winners”), subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these rules. In the event of a tie, as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion, tied participants will be required to compete in a Bonnaroo trivia contest to determine the applicable winner(s). Potential winners may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release. If such documents are not completed within the specified time period, the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or a potential winner is not in compliance with these rules, the prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsors’ sole discretion, a runner-up(s) may be notified. If a potential winner is at least 18 years of age but still considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, such winner’s prize may be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winners set forth herein. Potential Winners, by entry into the Sweepstakes, except where legally prohibited, grant permission for Sponsors and their designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, in any manner and with any materials, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval.

PRIZE: Each Winner will be awarded one (1) VIP pass to attend Bonnaroo 2013 (the “Festival”) (the “Prize”). The approximate retail value of each Prize is Four Hundred Seventy-Five Dollars ($475.00 USD). 2Actual value of Prize may vary. All Prize details are determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion. Festival seat locations will be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion. Festival passes (whichever is applicable) are subject to terms and conditions set forth thereon. Winner must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion of Prize. Winners are solely responsible for all expenses not specifically set forth herein, including, but not limited to, transportation, spending money, meals, gratuities, tips, taxes and incidentals. A Winner may not win more than one Prize. 

Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a Prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value, at their sole discretion. If any portion of any Prize is cancelled or postponed for any reason, Sponsors will have no obligation to award compensation in lieu thereof, the remainder of the applicable Prize will be awarded, and Sponsors will have no further obligation to any Winner. Prize cannot be assigned, transferred, changed, or redeemed for cash except at the sole discretion of the Sponsors. Sponsors are responsible only for Prize delivery and shall not be responsible for Prize utility, quality or otherwise. All federal, state, and local taxes, and all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of each Winner. A 1099 tax form may be issued to each Winner. Other restrictions may apply. 

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries, Sweepstakes messages or emails; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the Prize or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to entrant or to any other person related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsors, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsors’ sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsors, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsors reserve the right at theirsole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential Winner(s) from all eligible, nonsuspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsors. CAUTION: ANY ACT OR ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY ATTEMPTS TO DEFRAUD ONSITE ADMINISTRATORS AND/OR TO DISRUPT, DISTRACT OR IN ANY WAY INTERFERE WITH ANY PERSONS’ PARTICIPATION IN, OR SUPERVISION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SWEEPSTAKES PARTIES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL(S) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsors, MSG Holdings, L.P., Axis Sponsorships, LLC, Waffle House, Inc., and each their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any Prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) or participation in this Sweepstakes.
