Texas pop-punk quartet Forever the Sickest Kids are no strangers to motivational lyrics—their debut album was called Underdog Alma Mater—and the group return to the theme in "Chin Up Kid" and its new music video, premiered exclusively on Fuse.tv. Watch above.

Taken from the band's recently released third album J.A.C.K., "Chin Up Kid" was premiered onstage at this year's Vans Warped Tour in more than 40 cities. The video, collected from numerous Warped performances, features the band performing amid thousands of crowd-surfing, pogoing fans across the country.

Written as a pick-me-up to a lovelorn protagonist, the band sing, "Life goes on / And the ending's the starting line / Chin up / Press on / You will survive / Young love that lasts is hard to find."
