ICP Review 'Les Misérables' Trailer: "It's Like Gladiator vs. Wolverine!"
Insane Clown Posse reviewed Carly Rae Jepsen's "Call Me Maybe" and Katy Perry's "Wide Awake" videos, but now the Detroit duo are getting all fancy on us, sitting down for a critique of the latest trailer for Les Miserables, the film adaptation of the musical, starring Anne Hathaway, Russell Crowe, Hugh Jackman and others.
So, ICP, thumbs up or thumbs down?
"PG-13 movies usually suck," Shaggy 2 Dope says. "Yeah..." says Violent J, sighing. "They can't get raw, ruthless."
J is stoked about the opening boat scene—"That looks sweet as hell!!!"—and Shaggy is totally down with the casting of Crowe and Jackman: "It's like Gladiator vs. Wolverine!!! What a great battle!!!"
Ultimately, though, Les Miserables isn't getting such top ratings: "It's one of those movies I vow I'll never watch," says 2 Dope. "Not only is it a musical, which is lame as f-ck," explains J. "But it's from France. That's all around staleness to me."
Also: "I still have no clue what we're lookin' at here," says J.
