How Late Nights, Booze & Green Tea Fueled Pete Rock + Camp Lo's Album
Veteran rappers Camp Lo have re-teamed up with superproducer (and Crate Diggers alum) Pete Rock for their new mixtape 80 Blocks From Tiffany’s Pt. II, a sequel to the group's 2011 mixtape of the same name. With assists from Mac Miller, Talib Kweli and Ab-Soul, Tiffany's has quickly become one of hip hop's most well-received albums of the year.
On the latest episode of The Mixdown, the producer and hip hop duo play host Esteban Serrano select tracks and share how 4 Loko, green tea and many late nights inspired their recent work. Check it out above.
