AFI's Davey Havok Reveals His Drag Queen Name
Long-running California punk outfit AFI roar back into action on October 22 with their ninth LP, Burials. In anticipation of their "embarrassingly dark" new album, singer Davey Havok and guitarist Jade Puget swung by Fuse to discuss drag queen names and other personal secrets in a new Intimate Interview.
When asked what he would name his hip hop alter ego, Havok demurred and opted to reveal his name if he ever creates a drag queen persona: Andi Cane, specifically with an "I."
The punk frontman also admitted his most irritating habit to others: "I have an oral fixation. I'm constantly making noises and sounds with my mouth. I'm touching my mouth and sucking through my teeth… it's annoying."
To hear about Puget's high school fashion crime—a "white mesh shirt with gold eagle chain"—watch the full Intimate Interview above.
