2 Chainz Admits He Shouldn't Have Tweeted About 'B.O.A.T.S. III'
Back in February, the Top 20 Countdown crew headed south to New Orleans for the star-studded NBA All-Star Weekend. Host Esteban Serrano managed to catch up with 2 Chainz, who set the record straight about his next studio album.
Explaining that he shouldn't have posted the B.O.A.T.S. III tweet, the "Mercy" performer had "put it out there" just to let his followers know what he'd been up to that night. "If you know anything about 2 Chainz, I'm constantly working. I'm always working on the next something. Right now, we're still working on spreading the word of B.O.A.T.S. II: Me Time."
Rocking a pair of his own special edition Top Ten Hi Adidas Originals "2 Good To Be T.R.U." sneakers, the Georgia native also expressed his affinity for working on fashion and design projects.
"It's cool just to be heavily involved in pop culture. Period," he said. "I'm excited to just be doing interviews that have nothing to do with 'Who produced this song?' All of this is about me, fashion, Adidas, touring—it's an honor."
Check out the exclusive interview above, and don't miss Top 20 Countdown every Tuesday at 9/8C on Fuse.
