Meet the Creator of the Beyoncé "Drunk in Love" Emoji Video

In case you missed it, an epic emoji version of Beyoncé's "Drunk in Love" video went viral this week, and Fuse tracked down its creator, Jesse Hill, for an exclusive Trending 10 interview.

"I was talking to this girl, and we parted ways, and she texted me '96.7.' I turned it on, and it was 'Drunk in Love,'" Hill explains to host Zuri Hall. "Right when I put the radio station on, it said 'surfboard,' so I sent the emoji to her. She sent me an emoji back, and then I said, 'I'm going to make a video of this.'"

And after almost eight hours of hard work, Hill's video was ready for debut. Publications like Time and The Huffington Post picked up the story, and even Queen Bey herself praised the final product.

As for emoji-themed projects in the near future, Hill is totally game. "I would really like to do one for an unreleased track," he admits.

Check out the exclusive interview, and don't miss Trending 10 weekdays at 7/6C on Fuse.
