We Are The In Crowd are no strangers to Warped Tour. Having hit the Warped circuit twice before in 2010 and 2012, this year's fest is cake and more fun than confusing. Basically, they know what they're doing now as they're old pros!
Fuse's Katie Van Buren caught up with Taylor Jardine and Jordan Eckes of the Poughkeepsie band to talk all things (worn at) Warped.
"I think you get hungry for Warped Tour. It’s so different—it’s a totally different tour," WATIC frontwoman Jardine starts. "I think the way people dress to go to Warped Tour, even when you’re wearing too many clothes it’s like, what are you doing? You’re in a sweatsuit and you’re at Warped Tour. It’s really interesting. It’s fun to people watch out here." That it is!
The singer also dished about working with Goldfinger's John Feldmann on their latest full-length, Weird Kids. "He brought out everything that I wanted to bring out in myself what I didn’t even know I had, whether it be emotions of just stylistically. There were a lot of things, I think, just as a band that we didn’t know we were capable of doing, and he was able to kind of draw that out of us. That’s what we wanted and I think you can tell with Weird Kids."
