As a singer, songwriter, reality TV pro, daytime talk show host, wife and mother, Tamar Braxton has mastered the art of striking a balance with a very full plate—but that doesn't mean she's ready to give up any of the exciting projects she's working on in order to lighten the workload.
"I don't think I'd be satisfied giving up anything!" she declares. "If anything, I want to add to [it]. There's a lot of things that I want to do. I just feel really blessed to make a difference in my community and also [for] people who feel like it's too late for them, people who feel like they'll never have a chance. I just want to keep it going, keep things flourishing."
Tamar's daytime talk show The Real is just one of these pursuits, and she's tight with her fellow co-hosts Adrienne Bailon, Loni Love, Jeannie Mai and Tamera Mowry-Housley. Given how they make for the perfect daytime mix of sass and humor, we couldn't help but ask: If The Real was a cake, who would be what ingredient?
"I can't make a cake from scratch, so I gotta do the box version of it, okay?!" she laughs. "I would have Jeannie as water, Loni as the flour, Adrienne as the oil...and I would have Tamera as butter, and I think I would be the egg."
Sounds like a sweet treat of a combo to us! Watch the Fuse exclusive above for more on Tamar's hustle and The Real.
