Bruno Mars & Mark Ronson Go to Funkytown in "Uptown Funk" Video
Here's something to get you moving this Monday: Bruno Mars and Mark Ronson have shared the video for their new collaboration single "Uptown Funk" which takes place in a place we're deeming Funkytown, U.S.A.
Bruno's the undeniable star of the clip as the pop star lets the rhythm guide him down on a city street, in a barber shop and inside a night club in his '80s-inspired getup. By Bruno's side the whole time, the super-producer offers a few hilarious faces for the camera and plays guitar alongside the singer with his signature Mad Men-esque look.
Discussion has begun about whether "Uptown Funk" is the best song of the year, and with this feel-good, fun visual to accompany it, we can't imagine that the excitement for the track will die down anytime soon.
Don't forget that with a throwback sound and retro-looking video, Bruno and Mark used a very similar formula or their smash collaboration "Locked Out of Heaven," which became one one of 2013's biggest singles. Are they about to do it again?
