Fall Out Boy Share 'Munsters'-Sampling "Uma Thurman"

Fall Out Boy's new album American Beauty/American Psycho is right around the corner. First came lead-off single "Centuries," then the politically-charged, "The Kids Aren't Alright," "Irresistible," and now, "Uma Thurman," perhaps the most bizarre of the bunch.

In addition to acting as an odd ode to the Pulp Fiction/Kill Bill star, the latest FOB effort samples The Munsters' theme song. You truly can't make this stuff up!

The tidbit is positioned between vocalist Patrick Stump's soulful verses. "She wants to dance like Uma Thurman," he sings in the jam, "And I can't get you out of my head," a tasteful nod to the 2001 Kylie Minogue track. The rest of the song is equally referential, mentioning the famous American Indian History document, Blood of the Land, and the age-old adage, "When death finds you, may it find you alive." Heavy.
