Yesterday brought about the release of "Kids in the Dark," All Time Low's attempt at a Fall Out Boy–sized arena rock jam. Not a band to keep us waiting, the boys shared the video for the massive mid-tempo tune today.
The video begins with a teenage girl attempting to ignore her parents in the middle of an argument. She finds a letter inviting her to hang out with the "kids in the dark." She follows the instructions and finds herself in a dark room full of happy teens, frolicking in neon glow-in-the-dark paint. In the end, she feels less alone.
In case the quick roll out of new ATL music and videos wasn't clear enough, the California-via-Baltimore band is officially back after almost two years away from the scene.
After writing for 5 Seconds of Summer last year, teasing us with a performance alongside Yellowcard and New Found Glory, and eventually sharing comeback single "Something's Gotta Give," All Time Low obviously isn't wasting any time.
