Jack Ü worked its way into the top tier of the 2015 conversation by (a) being Skrillex and Diplo, as superteam-y a superteam as EDM could get right now, and (b) writing a little song called "What Are Ü Now" featuring a big guy named Justin Bieber.
But the duo's self-titled album is stacked with bangers, and today's got the video for "To Ü," featuring English electro duo AlunaGeorge.
"To Ü" stars a bunch of teenagers hanging out in lo-fi footage of, as the title card reveals, September in Detroit. They busy themselves with things like parkour, making out, texting, frolicking, laying around, LOLing at the carnival, dancing, making out even more, but harder. Amping things up, there's an explosion toward the end. "To Ü" comes from Barcelona-born filmmaker AG Rojas. He's the guy behind Run the Jewels' very intense "Close Your Eyes (And Count to Fuck)" video.
