Selena Gomez stopped by Today on Monday morning, October 12, to celebrate the release of her latest studio album, Revival, by performing the first two singles from the full-length in New York’s Rockefeller Plaza.
Gomez started the understated “Good For You” (sans A$AP Rocky, sadly) with a trench coat covering her black dress. By the middle of the second verse, however, the singer had ditched the cover and strolled the catwalk with heightened ferocity.
“Same Old Love,” though, was where Gomez really got going: The singer spat out the chorus with a delightful sneer and ended up shooing away a chorus of male dancers. The various young girls in the crowd also appeared sick of that same old love, too! Watch that one below.
“Good For You” recently became the highest-charting hit of Gomez’s career, while “Same Old Love” is approaching the Top 40 of the Hot 100 chart. Gomez’s Revival album, which was released on Friday, October 9, follows 2013’s Stars Dance, which included the hits “Come & Get It” and “Slow Down.”
