Ten Second Songs, a.k.a. Anthony Vincent, a.k.a. The Guy Who Just Totally Gets How the Internet Works, is back. His résumé includes 20-different-styles versions of Taylor Swift’s “Bad Blood” and Mariah Carey’s “All I Want for You Christmas Is You,” and today he’s moving on to Adele.
Vincent’s new clip does “Hello” in 25 styles, with the impressions including the Backstreet Boys, Lil Wayne, 30 Seconds to Mars, Janis Joplin, Green Day, Prince, Deftones, Guns N’ Roses, Deadmau5 and Etta James. Each voice is as scarily accurate as the last.
It makes sense Vincent tackled “Hello”—the song has been ubiquitous since the minute Adele dropped it, and just yesterday we learned that the queen of album sales moved 2.3 million copies of 25 in its first three days alone.
The most-viewed Ten Seconds of Songs/buncha-different-styles cover is Katy Perry’s “Dark Horse,” with 18 million streams:
